Abstrakt	Agroturystyka staje się coraz bardziej dynamicznie rozwijającą się branżą w światowej turystyce. Białoruś posiada niewyczerpane zasoby rozwoju agroturystyki. Pozwala to na wspieranie stabilnego rozwoju obszarów wiejskich, podniesienie dobrobytu mieszkańców wsi poprzez wdrażanie atrakcyjnych inwestycji, kreując nowoczesną społeczną infrastrukturę, sprzyjając tworzeniu nowych miejsc pracy. Przyczynia się to do osiągnięcia kulturowo-społecznych celów. Agroturystyka jest postrzegana jako ważny składnik realizowania Państwowego Programu Rewitalizacji i Rozwoju Wsi na Białorusi w latach 2005–2010. Głównym problem podjętym w artykule jest brak środków pieniężnych na realizowanie w agroturystyce podstawowych założeń i modeli określonych w Programie Narodowym dla agroturystyki wiejskiej. Zagadnienie związane z interpretacją pomocy finansowej nie jest określone w orzeczeniu Prezydenta Białorusi „Stopień rozwoju agroturystyki na Białorusi”. Utrzymanie i rozwój naturalnego i ludzkiego potencjału pozwoli na wzrost efektywności agroturystyki w sektorze rolnictwa w gospodarce Białorusi

Abstrakt
Abstract	Agroecotourism is becoming the most dynamical branch of the world tourist industry. The Republic of Belarus has inexhaustible potential for the development of agroecotourism. It promotes a steady development of rural regions, raises well-being of its inhabitants by attracting investments, creates modern social infrastructure and new work places, contributes to the achievement of social and cultural purposes. Agroecotourism is considered to be an important component of a successful realization of the ‘State Program for the Revival and Development of the Countryside in the Republic of Belarus for 2005-2010’. The problem is that the agrotouristic enterprises have not enough money to increase the scale of realization of basic concepts and models stipulated by the National Program. Maintaining and developing the natural and human potential of Belarus will require making the agroecotourism a profitable branch of the agrarian sector of economy.

Abstrakt	Celem opracowania jest analiza finansowa przedsiębiorstw rolniczych na Białorusi. Wskazuje ona na najlepszą sytuację finansową przedsiębiorstw w latach 1990–2000. Obecnie główne kierunki pomocy przeznaczonej dla producentów rolnych wiążą się z: dotacjami publicznymi, podnoszeniem cen oraz problemem opóźnień w płatnościach. Oddzielne działania związane są z reformą, która idzie w kierunku fuzji przedsiębiorstw niedochodowych lub ich sprzedaży organizacjom bądź też inwestorom funkcjonującym bardziej efektywnie. W latach 2000–2006 poziom publicznych inwestycji wzrósł z 20 do 190 USD w przeliczeniu na jeden hektar. W znacznej mierze fundusze te przeznaczone są na modernizacje technologii produkcji w rolnictwie. Istnieje również prawdopodobieństwo, że w przyszłości wystąpi konieczność rezygnacji z tej praktyki. Kolejne działania powinny być skupione na rozwoju efektywności produkcji rolniczej.

Abstract	In the article the state of foreign trade in meat products between Belarus and Poland is analyzed. Our countries for long years have been partners in this trade, first of all in pork products. However since March 2007 Belarus has ceased import purchases of Polish meat. In the article problems which have arisen recently are studied. Also the analysis conducted in this article discovers the reasons of the problems and ways of their solution are offered

Abstrakt
Abstract	Stockbreeding is a fast growing branch of agriculture. But in modern economic conditions Republic of Belarus has many problems with it. On the contrary the countries of Europe achieved big results in meat production. In most of them branch is export oriented. The authors analyze situation in meat production in the Republic of Belarus and give their opinion thereupon. The present conditions are unfavourable and the volume of meat production is falling. It is necessary for the government to assist meat producers.
